when you do a simple math, you'll realize Ghana has 17,000km of paved road.
That's according to your transport ministry. We're not your league.
you keep ranting when your country is grossly underdeveloped and can barely boast of 5% of paved roads
That is how underdeveloped you are.

The technocrats are Ghana Roads and Highway authority says Ghana have 33% of here 109,515km of roads paved.

All this noise you are making wont save you from your shame and embarrassment.

Kenya is indeed a Zoo, The Kenyan road network has 177,800 km of road, of which 63,757 are classified. Only 9,273 km are paved and just 70% of the classified roads are in good condition. This represents an increase of less than 20,000 km of classified roads and 8,000 km of paved roads since independence, while a tiny state in Nigeria ,Gombe state is constructing construction of 100 kilomtres of roads in each of the 11 LGAs of the state. totaling 1100KM in a year cool cool

Road projects executed and the ones being executed by the administration include the construction of 16km Malala - Zaune - Dukkuyel road in Dukku LGA, 15km Mararraba – Jabba – Sambo Daji – Pandi Kola – Gwarar – Garin Wada road in Akko LGA, 21km Degri - Bembelem - Reme - Dong - Talasse road in Balanga LGA, upgrading of 19km Gona - Garko - Gujuba - Kalshingi road with spur to Maidugu in Akko LGA and upgrading of 26km Billiri - Gujuba - Kamu - Awak road in Billiri LGA,
It is indeed forward looking that road projects inherited from the immediate past administration have also been continued and financed.

Such road projects are those of the 11.25KM network in Jekadafari North in Gombe LGA, construction of 11.50km Malam Inna - Kurba - Titi road with spur to Kundulum in Gombe, Y/Deba, Akko and Kwami LGA, 23.53km Gombe Township roads phase VI in Gombe LGA including Dawaki, Madaki, Bolari-East etc,30km Ladongor - Kwiba - Amtawalam - Pobawure - Sabon Layi - Ayaba road in Billiri LGA,15km Bambam - Tula – Yiri in Kaltungo LGA and the 9.50km Boltongo - Nono road with spur to Garin Malami in Y/Deba.
Others are 11.50km road taking off from Gombe/Potiskum Federal Highway - Gerkwami - Daniya road in Kwami LGA, 27km Dukku - Kalam - Dokoro – road in Dukku LGA, 36km Dukku - Dokoro - Jamari road in Dukku, 9km Bajoga Township road in Funakaye LGA, 9.10km Bambam - Nwona - Kutare - Yola road in Balanga LGA, 1.59km road network in Rice/Vegetable oil Industrial Cluster at Nasarawo in Gombe LGA, 13km Kumo - Kalshingi road in Akko LGA, rehabilitation of 42km Ngaji Bauchi - Baure - Zambuk - Lubo - Daban Fulani road in Kwami and Y/Deba, 9.9km dualization of the section of Bauchi Gombe Federal Highway Phase II (Tumfure International Conference Centre - New City Gate in Gombe and Akko LGAs to ease means of transportation and economic activities. To complement the essence of the huge investment on roads, the government also procured 50 brand new 18-seater buses for the Gombe State Transport Service ( Gombe Line).

Nairobi is well planned than Accra.
Nairobi has beautiful high rise buildings than Accra.In-fact, Accra has short buildings due to its location.
Accra city lies on an earth-quake prone zone so City Authorities do not allow certain heights of buildings.
Nairobi is ahead of Accra in terms of Infrastructures.
Lagos has an urge over Accra but Kampala is ''never'' better than Accra.
There is nowhere in Kampala that can compete with Accra.
I wont waste my time comparing Accra to Lagos or Nairobi, but Accra over Abuja, PH, Mombasa and any other cities in these 2 countries any day any time..lol
Kampala is not Accra's class mate.
Dude do you know Abuja at all. Have you ever in your life been to Abuja before. Abuja is not on any West Africa cities mate. Even Lagos can't match Abuja. How on Earth would you even compare Accra with Nairobi. Like seriously? Nairobi? I mean Nairobi, the world's largest slums. Sentiment aside. There is no city in Kenya that can match Accra on anything. Prove me wrong?

Well they've tried but they could have done better.
Look at Tema of all places? No landscaping, no walk way at some areas, open drainage, at least some little beautification will do.
If you compare TDC to AMA you will think they've done well but compare them to Cape-Town and there you will see the difference.

Tema was planned with underground drainages and all of them are still function.
90% of the roads there have walkways except for the highways and expressways where they dont want people to walk along.

Yes you are right
But they could do better,
A little beautification will do.
Look at how messy the Motor-way looks like?
And the open drainage from the Interchange towards Dawenya?

Kenya has 20k well maintained paved road. Some of the roads that Nigeria call paved - are completely broken down - including right in Lagos. A road has been maintained - including repaving and repatching.

The motorway does not look messy especially for a 60 years road. The motorway way still has it reservations intact

THE motorway is already due for Complete overhaul though it is still a really good road.

The Dawenya road you are talking about is under construction, it is part of the phase 2 of the Tema motorway interchange project..

They will construct it from the interchange all the way to Dawenya.
Somewhere last year, They were trying to extend it to Akosombo.

so you decided to copy paste that article grin the same kenha staffs that only deals with highways.??
FYI Not all national roads are highways, and KeNHA is specifically responsible for the 18,500-km stretch designated as national highways. The law that created KeNHA also created the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) and Kenya Urban Roads Authority (Kura) for rural and urban roads, respectively that is according to the ministry,

Don't stress yourself over high-rise buildings only,
A good City is not only about High-rise buildings.
Imagine common CHAN Tournament, A whole KENYA Couldn't Host because you do not have up-to standard Stadiums?
CHAN Tournament which only Greater Accra can produce 4 standard stadiums to Host.
CHAN Tournament which Ashanti and Central Regions alone can Host.
A Tournament which Western and Northern Regions can Host.
And a whole ''Kenya'' couldn't produce 4 standard Stadiums for a Common CHAN Tournament? how much more almighty AFCON?
So get it into your head, Nairobi and 4 other Kenyan cities are beautiful but Accra isn't a cheap Cities which Mombasa can just ride-over,
Not even Nairobi has it all over Accra talk-less the other Cities you have.
We can't tackle all of them of course that would be a hectic debate.

Seriously, missing that CHAN tournament really exposed Kenya grin ..They brag about being a powerhouse in sports but don't have the funds and infrastructure to host major sport tournaments..lol..

Make that 0.5%. Yet when it come to ranking on roads, logistics, and infrastructure Kenya is so much ahead of many SSA countries.

In terms of roads - in SSA - only likes of South Africa, Namibia, maybe Angola and Botswana can tell us anything. Ghana and Nigeria pleeeeeeeease.

According to the latest Logistics Performance Index (LPI), the country is in position 42, up from 74 in what is perhaps the global lender's approval of the Government's efforts to improve the ease of doing business. The country comes second to South Africa in the index that ranks logistics in160 countries
