All kenya major roads are paved and WELL MAINTAINED. What remain unpaved are rural access roads. And those are regularly maintained.

Nigeria on theory has 60,000kms paved roads - but everyone knows most of it has completely BROKEN DOWN.

Roads are not something you pave and disappear.

THE motorway is already due for Complete overhaul though it is still a really good road.

The Dawenya road you are talking about is under construction, it is part of the phase 2 of the Tema motorway interchange project..

They will construct it from the interchange all the way to Dawenya.
Somewhere last year, They were trying to extend it to Akosombo.

Eastern Corridor road is a new road under construction.
It started in 2015 or 2016.

it is a 800 kilometer road.
200Km of it has been perfectly done.

The rest are still under construction
It is a new transportation hub being open that Includes railway line from Tema to Burkina Faso,
A marine transport way from Tema to Atebubu
