Ho to aflao is not such a major road but aflao to Accra is and that is why government prioritised it. . But I agree with you that place need its share size of development.

Aflao is more lively and more populated than HO despite having Ho as the capital ....i foresee more development going on in aflao in the future ..

We cannot justify at our level of development building roads in the semi-arid and arid north. The majority of Kenyans are near a paved road. You have to understand how Kenya settlement looks like.

We also have places occupied by animals - Tsavo national park for example occupies anything 200kms square of land.
