The Akans do not see the Ewe's as less Ghanaian But because we dont really have a border with Togo, The NPP turn to find reasonable justification with many when they raise argument about Togolese being on the country register.

Anyway, i do not support the EC idea of creating a new voters role.

But if they dont create a new voters role too, we may have a constitutional crisis on our hand because the Supreme Court have already ruled that, the National Health Insurance card is not a legal identity document.

The current EC leadership are very stupid, They've had 3 good years to create a new register but decided to wait till election year.

I won't argue with you on which City between is beautiful.
Kenya has really done well in terms of city planning, Ghana I would say lost it when it comes to good City planning,
But beyond the beauty of the city what next?
How comfortable are the Citizens in those cities?
Do they enjoy the basic social services?
Electricity
Water
Good Roads
Safety/Security
Education
Health care ETC

Takoradi might not be as beautiful as Mombasa, Kisimu ETC
but life is really good there. They enjoy all the basic things a city can boast of.

my question is , how do you define a Ghanaian? The EC has thrown the most legal document out of the window ( birth certificate ) and accept secondary instrument instead. I.e the passport and national identity card. even if old registration must be clean due to NHIS inclusion, due consultation must be made first. You can't just justify and based your argument on Ghana loose border with togo to ascertain who or who is not a Ghanaian. You will be disenfranchising many Ghanaian without the above instrument. To me it is more politically motivate rather than cleaning.


They're togolese who are genuinely Ghanaian. And the constitution support it . So what the Bleep is this mess?
