Now I did the test again in a new hospital and it's A-(Negative)


Should I redo the test in a different lab?

Yes please repeat in two more places to compare results, Nigeria labs at times can be unreliable

We clocked 22 weeks today in good health (Glory be to God).

Meanwhile, my wife went to the hospital for antenatal and scan. Doctor said she and baby are fine. PCV is 31%. I really don't know much about that but doctor said it's good but we can work on it i.e increase blood level by eating more vegetables.

The biggest news now is that the baby's gender has been unveiled and it is a BOY! Yeske A BOY! Swimming with his innocent tool. Lol.

Please talk to your doctor to confirm all is well. My SIL experienced such though her doc said there was nothing to worry about after checking her. The pain later stopped before her delivery

if I tell you my experience since yesterday ehnn, you won't believe me. I left for the hospital yesterday but got there very late due to traffic as they have finished consulting at the ANC clinic so I was asked to go to A&E of which I weñt
I was asked to go and get a glove but before I could come back from the pharmacy I was told the O&G teams have gone to the theater for an urgent C.S. I waited till after 8:00 pm before leaving for home. this morning again I went and the doctor I met asked me to go for an urgent scan that she wants to see the result getting to the scan room, I was told they can't do the scan today that I'll have to book for next week.
I just jejely went home as I don't want to çause wahala . but my body has been aching badly with bitter taste and the breathlessness is given me concern.

You would have reported back to the doctor. Please go back. Breathlessness is not something to joke with in pregnancy.

thank u so much for checking up on us. Chai! Not easy at all but I thank God for strength. Iam still spitting none stop. I av used everything useable all no gree work. I also feel the pressure sometimes around my jajina. Abeg na only me waka come? Am 29weeks gone. Kaduna is still on partial lockdown and av not been able to shop. I can fear online shopping due to past experience hmmm. I greet u all my course mate. May God see us all thru.

I still spit at 37weeks plus, except when I eat sour things then I’ll get relief for a few hours. I can’t even eat any kind of biscuits but grapes has been of help in some way. I snack on it in bits. As for the pressure, could be your baby engaging early as in some cases. You may talk to your doc about it in your next visit except if its too much you can see doc before next appointment to be sure you’re okay. As per shopping, why not give mama Zaynie a trial. Most people have reported good about her. You can do it in bits if you’re still uncomfortable at least you’ll be able to conclude with a few orders to make your final decision.

A very big lie. I know people that used pregnacare for all their babies without a single CS. A SIL of mine starts pregnacare once she notice she’s preggy and none of her 4 kids exceeded 3.5kg. Truth is that most fat babies are due to genetic combination and the remaining few based on mother’s diet during pregnancy.

Please repeat the test ASAP. Very important if your hubby is Rh+. The earlier the better

I went for baby items shopping and it seems there’s no Coronavirus.

Fellow August mamas, almost done with necessary items. I bought Aveeno wash and cream please is it good?

I’ve read so much review on Aveeno so decided to buy it. I will know soon enough
