How the thread quickly degraded to tribal level doesn't shock me any more

It went like from 0 to 100 in 20 seconds. But IBB made a valid observation in that quote. It is open knowledge. Bravery is not by shouting out loud.

That's what we are known for. We fight war with sense not with ego & chest beating. Despite wasting the lives of millions of biafrans, where did my Yeasthern blodas find themselves in d political sphere of Nigeria today?

Yorubas are the warriors who love peace, I still maintain there is no documented evidence that the Osus ever fought with table spoon before and the one they tried post colonial Nigeria was disastrous. They only lie and still believe it among their selves. Osu the coward tribe of the world.

You keep bringing out this useless quote that was formed by some disgruntled elements to deceive themselves.

Why did Hausa/Fulani then allow a Yoruba man to become the president after the whole Abiola saga if our drums of war were indeed empty?

If they didn't allow Yoruba man to be President, nothing would have happened

Look at how young they were as a very senior officer in the army. Today is hard to climb to that position and even beyond if you are not well connected in the pubilc service.
Correction: Major in the army is a junior officer. Two ranks above Lieutenant (Entry rank for commissionef officers).

Haven't you seen your people paying homage to him during every election and at d end of d day, they will end with nothing?. Yorubas rendered him politically valueless. Igbos are third rate citizens in Nigeria – Kalu
A former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, has described the Igbos as third rate citizens in the Nigerian project.
Kalu said rather than being accorded the status other major ethnic groups within the Nigerian project have, the Igbos have been consigned to the background in the scheme of things in Nigeria.
Kalu, who spoke on Thursday at the British House of Commons in the United Kingdom, said that the statistics, which form the very basis of the existence of the country, have glaring evidences that the Igbos, who occupy the South East part of the country, are not as highly valued as the Hausa and Yoruba ethnic stocks.
He said the statistics, ranging from the distribution of the country’s commonwealth to the opportunities to govern at the federal level and the number of states, local government areas and senatorial districts in each of the geopolitical regions of the country point glaringly to the value placed on the Igbos by the Nigerian state.

It's this your fake quotes that is creating lack of trust on your region hence the more reason for missing Presidency because you can't do it alone.
