We are talking of a domain now! But even websites or blogs, NO one knows the time market will move! No man in this world could predict; ah ! My domain or website or blog will sell this month ooo.

But you can only predict, ah ! My blog or website will sell from the response seen at auction and when you see that your website is making persistent income , that is already a good market now. There are lots of people waiting to buy a readily matured business, now.
That is like you want to sell business now, people will buy your developed business immediately.

I once read on NP that if buyer no accept domain transfer/push, Afternic no go release payment to seller. I once experienced delay in a sale on Afternic, though they attributed that one to fund verification.
