Most people on Instagram in lag is goes to Yaba to pick from the guys that buy bale.they are the first to pick once the bale is opened.
Since you are in abuja it might be hard for you to go and get someone to send you picked clothes what I will advice you do is that you get into all the bale sharing groups in lag is and share a bale with people. It will be way billed to you. That way you can buy more stuffs at cheaper prices and also get nice clothes too.

Katangowa people buy from Arena. Arena is the touchdown of bales in Lagos. But you have to know people who will introduce you to the market. The first time I went there without guidance I lost 95k bought rags thinking I bought bales you have to follow who know road in that market. If not those guys will just sell to you their old stuff push it to you and that's the end. When I discovered this my new supplier I made all the money I lost initially on this new bale.
