as a Nigerian deltan,who served in Ibadan,IB is far ahead of most cities in South south and south east,just that Ibadan people are too archaic..the city is far more developed than its residents


same way Lagos is overrated when compared Capitals of Gabon,Tanzania,Angola, equatorial guinea,ivory coast,Cape Verde etc

exactly,I hate Oshiomhole but his work in Benin really uplifted that city

in Abuja, Edo and lagos has one of the best states house in asokoro.......then ty danjuma and some northern state......

Am from Delta state, and I most say am not impressed with Asaba as a state capital It should do more. I schools at unizik in Awka, went there recently and was really impressed with how Awka the state capital has developed over the years. That showed growth. Since I have known Asaba I haven't seen much development and growth over the years.

Benin is finer , But Asaba is getting prettier

My very first time in Benin last yr I was disappointed! Nothing beautiful about Benin.. Bad roads, rusty roof.. I then wondered y it is called "Benin City" .. Nothing "City" about that glorified town
