All we have now are she-males discussing how they make prostitutes cum and eat their wok on the ashewo thread. See my crush, Wole Soyinka. Fine man! 1 Like

Nooil: Continue crushing.... U can't force we men to be like them. |

They are coming for you. But honestly, our females aren't doing better either. They rely on males for money after offering sex only. 6 Likes |

SouthNigerian: I don't know the females you're talking about, maybe you're referring to prostitutes. The women I know are legally working day and night to be able to afford what they desire. 1 Like |

Nooil: Don't pretend like you don't know most of our ladies are currently jobless. Many of our ladies are into multiple relationships with our guys simply because of the financial gain. Ladies in this category are refered to as "oloshos". Although, a few fraction of our women are responsible for their own financial well-being. 5 Likes |

SouthNigerian: I only know the " few fraction" |
Re: When Men Were Men!!! by SouthNigerian: 6:47pm On Jun 04, 2020 |
Nooil: It is good to know you belong to the "few fraction". Don't you think the "most fraction" of ladies out there needs help of ladies in your class? Don't you think they need motivation & reorientation from ladies like you through the way you model your life? Don't you think you can be responsible raising a few number of the "major fraction" into your class? I dunno if you were born & brought up in a elite zone, but you gotta understand that many ladies out there are vulnerable to abuse due their level of orientation and lack of motivation. You need to look at the other side so as to understand better. |

SouthNigerian: You guys would always deviate when they talk about men. Concentrate on the topic which says when men were men. Or did you see any feminine picture there? Always shifting responsibilities! 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Men are more of men now than we had in previous generations. Wole soyinka only has an archaic Nobel laureate prize to show after so many years of his existence. Wizkid and davido has the MTV's, Headies and a host of other awards to show in less than 10 years as well as some fleet of cars and millions of dollars lodged in their bank accounts. 2 Likes |

I can bet my hairy balls that J.P Clarke or Achebe never made a prostitute cum before... all they do is write themselves into confusion, now they have nothing to show for it |

BadRadio: It's old, so it should be archaic right? And that is not the only thing he has to show. He is a legend by all right. Someone who stood up to live. He wasn't self-centered. Rather, he was fearless; never afraid to challenge conventional ideas. He always cared about his colleagues and Nigeria as a whole. He stood up against tyranny. It wasn't all about amassing wealth. It was about knowledge, dignity, self-respect, and a huge sense of duty. He was and is still a leader, royalty, a well-deserved legend. 4 Likes |
Re: When Men Were Men!!! by Nobody: 4:25pm On Jun 06, 2020 |
Nooil: Soyinka has not gotten to the hierarchy to be described as a legend just yet. A man who stood up against tyranny like you said yet Nigeria is nowhere near salvation. It keeps getting from bad to worse while the so-called legends deliberately refuses to make themselves count in matters arising. |
Re: When Men Were Men!!! by Nobody: 4:28pm On Jun 06, 2020 |
BadRadio: He did in his time. It's time for the generation after him to contribute their quota. Slave trade didn't end in a day. It took the conscious efforts of different people. Today, the black man still deals with lots of problems, racism being one of them. Are we then going to say that those that fought against slavery did nothing? 2 Likes |

In my own capacity & withing a short time I have done something worthwhile and commendable in my immediate community that Wole Soyinka has not done for Nigeria after so many years |

Martin Luther king Jr. did his bit as a human right activist... fighting usefully for the Black American Negros. Nelson Mandela fought & stopped the Apartheid in South- Africa, what Wole Soyinka did was of no empirical, scientific, moral, democratic or political bearing. 1 Like |

Nooil:Look for another mentor or role model. Wole soyinka failed woefully... He only initiated a cult confaternity that metamorphosed into a deadly sect that bedeviled and threatened security efforts in the nation. |
