komekn: Klopp has some issue with not playing a proper 9 ahead of firmino and the competition in the Man u team cannot be overstated I believe he can get playing time in Arsenal despite Oga Aubameyang in the team but I also want him in the champions league or at least Europa Mourinho will limit his other abilities at Tottenham |

safarigirl: With regard to the bold, you quite clearly did not read the first post between myself and Danielnin00 , then you would understand where the discussion emanated from or at least i hope you would. FYI information U are totally wrong about Keita.. His problem isn't performance but injury. he has battles series of injury since he joined but has by no means been a flop.. He has picked up form this season.. I dunno where u get the story that we are looking to offload him,but it's 100% false..the only players we are looking to offload are Lallana,Lovren,Shaqiri and Clyne... To discard my view so strongly calling it false, really implies that you have some insider knowledge and or acquaintance within or close to the club to be so convicted in your position. Well that is how i see it. And so the question of "WE " is to ascertain what "we" means and the context, yes CONTEXT in which he uses "We". For me i had actually presumed he is in the UK or at least probably in Western Europe. I am not the only contributor here that lives abroad there are quite a few maybe not in the majority but a good number. I do not think that is an unreasonable assumption considering his comments or do you disagree ? But you just couldn't contain yourself, assumption, upon assumption all in the negative. Shooo omote whaaten i do u, see how ur eye deh tear. Finally, finally see how you add pepper and salt to my alleged post in the second bold, come on that just plain UNTRUE. 1 Like |

Edopesin: Look at the intricacy of play in Arsenal and the technicality of movement and interchanging of passes including first touch the dont play off the shoulder continuously. Consider how the 18 year old striker Gabriel Martinelli fits flawlessly into that system. Arsenal will have to change their game plan to accommodate and get the best out of Victor and if they do not he will have to adapt, how quickly can he do that in the EPL. Those are the questions. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by komekn(m): 11:21pm On Jun 06, 2020 |
waffiboi: Why did he leave Tottenham ? He is 18 he looks very good but dont forget the Eredevisie is not the EPL and or the Championship and to compare him and say he is better is than Eze and Ovie who are playing in far more competitive leagues is way too premature IMO. Liverpool have a very good relationship with PSV and i am surprised PSV did not sell him by now, they may be patient and waiting to sell him for much bigger money later. In terms of development he is in the right place for the immediate now. |

komekn: So what u are saying in essence is that you think only those who reside in a particular country/city have the right to be die hard fans of the clubs in that country/city? Regarding Keita, you are still wrong.. You'd be surprised I have more insider info of what goes in at Liverpool FC than you from the comfort of my house in Lagos ... Keita isn't going anywhere and nobody has put him up for sale.. 1 Like |

Edopesin: They let ings go IMO prematurely and now Ings is killing it in Southampton and is among the top 5 in the EPL with 15 goals. Liverpool have another striker they bought from Brentford he has not got near the first team forgotten his name , i dont rate him although not as bad as the Elliot boy. Solanke was a good bit of business coaches did not rate him and then they found Bournemouth to take him for £20 million madness, Sturridge never recovered properly from his injury to compete in the EPL and has been a passenger for the past two seasons before theY let him go. |

andrewbaba44: STATS are indicative particularly when we are not talking about pure goals and are not entirely conclusive. Bamba playing for Cardiff last season before they were relegated had better stats than Van Dyke , but is he better. Stats guide you but there is more too it. |

komekn: Please, stop writing trash pidgin like " whaaten", it is very annoying to read. It is WETIN, there is no Cockney version of Nigerian pidgin. And nothing he said, warranted your statement. It was condescending, and you don't even have the decency to apologise, or correct your wording. If he says it is 100% false, then, as a fan, he has that right too. Do you know if he is part of groups that discuss transfer rumors? With the information I get on this thread and some WhatsApp groups, I can enter some places and call some rumors related to Super Eagles false. You could not even back up your own claims with solid sources, even though you supposedly videochat Klopp every weekend. If it's Rohr that talks now, you will be asking for social security number of the agent he called. Stop trying to ridicule anyone on this thread, because you assume yourself some kind of authority in English football. There is nothing you have ever said or done on this thread, that has earned you that title. You never even drop any exclusive information for us. Na tbaba wey dey US go dey drop content. Once again, stop bastardizing our pidgin. You no sabi the spelling be say, you na sabi am. No go dey do pass yourself. 9 Likes 1 Share |

And yes, you don't rate our home groomed players. All of them are below overage and nonsense compared to your English born. That's why you named Tomori,Lookman etc as people wey play for U-17 worldcup just to belittle the exploits of Samu and others. I'm waiting, just find where I said you're 'Denigrating' them. |
