He will apply under CAT B. Goggle it on the website, u will see what CAT B explains. He can join the both salary. Or better still he can start the new employment and work for six months and apply under category A( CAT A).

Hi everyone,
Pls it's been 6 weeks since the judge granted my settlement Visa appeal, can the home office also appeal this judgement?
And if they can, is there a time frame which they have to appeal.

I think dey usually give them 28days b4, the court hearing to submit der bundle. And if they don't meaning they are not interested in appealing the decision of the Court. Congratulations
The delay might b from covid19

Hello everyone,

My 2 yrs old child arrived in the UK with her mum and was issued a British passport a few months after. We had a newborn this year who was also issued a British passport. Do I need to meet the requirement of £25,000 for my 2 children and my wife? In addition, my wife 2.5 will expire in August 2021, Should I start applying on the 3rd of August or sooner for my wife to meet the 28 days rule? Sorry if this sounds like silly questions.

Thanks

4 .

1: Naric is a body that verify degree certificate. Call yr school exams and and records or go there request for your transcript and a letter that your degree certificate was taught in English after that register with Naric and scan your degree certificate and letter for use of English through this link: read everything on how you can send y certificate. U will need to use y fiancé address in the UK. So when he gets it, he scan it to y mail box.
https://www.naric.org.uk/visas%20and%20nationality/Default.aspxhttps://www.naric.org.uk/register

2: The visa process normally takes 60working days for standard if u have a straight forward application.
Then for pirorty it might takes 10 or 20 days depending. Atimes u might be lucky that the application comes out faster both standard and pirorty.

3. £1565 (N719,900) - Visa application fee
£1200 (N552,000)- IHS charge (insurance)
50k or less than 20k for marriage registry in Nigeria
54,000 - TB test
69,000 - NARIC

Total Cost- estimate can be 1.3M or more. But u need to verify the current prices bc visa application and IHS add money atimes.

These payment are for spouse visa but for fiancé visa u will not pay IHS until u get to the UK where u apply for spouse visa. Fiancé visa will cost you more because u will pay for fiancé which is £1500 and when u get to UK, u will make another payment £1000( I think) for spouse visa fees and Ihs . So in, all the choice is yours. All d best

Only your fiancé account is required. That is,the person brining you to the UK must meet the financial requirement in his / her account.

I inquired about the status of my application in April and got a response from the decision making center that a decision has been made but there may be delay receiving the decision due to Covid. This was on April 5 and since then nothing has happened.

Since you claimed to have read this thread, back2back.........

Did you ever wonder why, no responses about the sponsor applying for the applicant exists on this thread?.....

The lockdown is partially lifted, apply but expect delays (don't ask me for how long).....

Good morning, please I will like to know will the UK accept a customary divorce for spouse visa. My previous marriage was done traditionally which means I can't approach the high court for a divorce. I have my divorce court order from the customary court already.

Submitted on 16 Feb and did biometrics on 24 Feb. I guess now that the VAC is opened for passport collection things would start progressing.
