Then, I do not think this Governor would have the guts to lay the foundation of a simple public toilet.

How do these schools automatically mean that Borno state utilises their allocation more than every other state?

Is it not drained by their criminal leadership? Give them 80 trillion USD monthly it will be the same thing their genetically corrupt leadership will loot everything and you the mumu followers will come and blame the North.
Go and check it out and see if Borno State has ever , in any month , received up to 4bn Naira from the Federation account.

The level of corruption is highest in the north. They use religion to blind their citizens by building hundreds of mosques and sending poor people to Mecca instead of investing in their socio-economic well-being. No Northern state compares with any Niger Deltan state in terms of development.

For Nigerian government school standards, these schools are EXCELLENT and about the best ever seen around Nigeria.

When he says Delta State dont have such schools he has a point. Mine is we celebrate meritocracy. A governor will use billions of Naira to build a classroom that looks like a village school and he would be celebrated.
How the funds were spent should be looked into. He and the contractor should be able to justify or explain .

Schools for the super rich kids, like those posting rolls and jets on Salah day

Good looking facilities and environment for learning. Hopefully the poor and those almajiri kids get to have access to good formal education than being used as a source of income.
