Good day all. I will just go straight to the point. Ever since I bought my Nokia 4.2 months ago I have been experiencing problems when sending text messages
Whenever I send a text message, I usually get debited for a number of times for just one SMS and this drastically reduces my airtime. This has made me to stop sending texts for a while, but sometimes I do not have a choice but to send an SMS
Attached is the screenshot I usually get when I text once. Also, when I call the person I sent the text to, he/she tells me he has received the same text for a number of times.
Any solution for my phone.

How did it start? Did you notice any change before the fault? Is there any physical damage? Flashing or rooting? Is your storage completely full?

Lol... There's no difference with the Chinese version.. my dad has been using his x5 for over a year the 4gb 64gb... He's also on Android 10.. It's how well you take care of your phone .. I've been using the X6 for 16 months with no issues whatsoever too ...

storage is not completely full by bro but I have up to 700mb on both phone storage and on the 32gb memory card.

The phone is as neat as new, not a single scratch, well cared for and cleaned. Altho I read online that it can be corrected with a factory reset but I'm not ready to do that at all and I have a lot of important stuff on this phone

Well I think that's the only solution to your problem currently..
That's why I don't keep sensitive and vital stuffs on my phone memory incase I'll need to factory reset.. Factory Reset is your best bet to recover your device currently.

Since you are able to access the phone then try and backup your files then do a factory reset..

Backup your files and try the factory reset, also a faulty memory card can cause such.

See. I had the same issues on my 4.2 months ago, even the network provider couldn't help because it seemed strange to them. To make the story short, i was able to solve it by switching my number to a new sim card(through 4G sim upgrade). Everything worked fine after that, try it.

It's just as simple as copying/moving your files from your phone storage to your memory card or to your PC or to an external drive via OTG or if you have unlimited data to the cloud(Google drive, Dropbox and the rest)..

Since when factory resetting your phone only stuffs in the phone memory are wiped... Also try make sure you're on the latest update heard 5.1 plus is having android 10 update.

Try factory reset, move all files from your phone memory to an external memory like an SD card. Also make sure you update your phone to the latest security patch.
