Let’s not just commend the governor for his efforts. Let’s not just admire the architecture and the beauty of the project.

Those buildings are meant to house and churn out educated and reformed children.

Congrats to Zulum but the main task ahead is the filling up of those buildings with kids and qualified staff.
If after commissioning those buildings and the streets of Maiduguri is still filled with children begging with bowls then the aim of buildings those schools and energy expended would’ve been wasted.
If after commissioning them and kids are still being loaded in lorries heading down south, then it would be an elephant project.

Kudos to the governor and his advisers for building those.

This is the kind of governor that should be vying for Presidency, not Tinubu. Zulum is an example of excellence.

Building it is another thing, bringing out sensible people from it is another.

No school takes drug and smokes weed like schools in the north...both girls and boys. Let them correct that before they showcase edifice that's like white elephant projects

This is commendable. Way to go people!

No country or state has ever invested in education and loose the money...the reward of education has always come with 10,000% ROI within 3 decades.

Officialgarri:
And some idiots will say the war against terrorism hasn't improved by up to 85%.

If this was the era when everyone was advised to shun public gatherings,
if this was the era when we had to run away from every polybags we see by the road side,
if this was the era when there were at least 5 bombings within maiduguri only,
if this was the era when Boko Haram established caliphates all around Borno, to Adamawa —Mubi, Yobe ,
if this was the era even the President couldn't attend public functions in Abuja because of fear,
If this was the era when one needed to escape from the North East to Cameroon and then follow another route to enter Nigeria through Benue state
If this was the era when Shekau was releasing music videos and almost had a verified Instagram account,

Then, I do not think this Governor would have the guts to lay the foundation of a simple public toilet.

It improved from 2015 when GEJ wanted to re-contest. But the Villages are no go area. I dey on Borno town now.

If Buhari had kept up the pre-electiin momentum BH will be 99% decimated.
