Got admitted to this school as well, let's link up and discuss more

Linking up together would definitely make much sense no doubt.
I also know like three persons already admitted to same school

I am in his shoes o, tho I have my student transcript but not sure they’l accept that one!!!
Someone should answer pls.
By the way , what school are you applying to?
Your own is still better now, i don't have anything "transcript"

I only have my statement of result and certificate. Plus i mailed them about not having transcript and what my chances are but i was left more confused with their response.

The school is Czestochowa University of Technology

I want to apply for Data science there.

Great! All the best. I want to believe that Warsaw School of Computer Science is a great University but looks like only few people know about it.

Do you think Visas are granted on the basis of popularity or rankings or standings(Private/Public) of universities? Like some schools has more leverage than others?

Looks like they want you to contact your school (administrative staffs may be working, find out) and request for your PDF transcript sent to an email address if you can't get the originals in paper.

Also i think they mean that they can accept you but they need your documents. Only "until" documents are received.

Maybe you should call them on the phone and speak with them.

Not the same thing. Certification can be done by the court or other legal profession while legalisation can only be done in MOE and MOF

Unless you mean to notarize it, which can be done by a notary public or high court.

Thinking about it, there's really no such thing as certification.
Certification... Is probably a document, that proofs a level of achievement yeah.
So you don't certify documents, you either attest, notarize, authorize or legalize.
He's the one confusing himself.

I still make my stand. When i applied to German schools, they requested that my documents be certified not legalised. Secondly, when you go to the high court for certification, the stamp has the inscription of "certified true copy". But while applying to Polish or Austra schools, they request you to legalise your documents not to certify.
In general, certification is merely to bear witness that the original was present, while legalisation is to give legal consent that the document is original without doubt which can only be done by the highest authority which is the MOE and MOF

Kindly know that the same document that is legalized by MOE and MOF will need to be further legalized by polish embassy before the document could be accepted by most schools in Poland.

In regards the "Sponsorship Declaration", the best is to open an account, fund the account with at least 2-3 million (if your programme has tuition fee, add the exact amount), and lastly get a Credit Card Limit from the bank. Don't ask me what is "Credit Card Limit" because I too do not know but I am sure bank do.

If you are using a sponsor, make sure the sponsor carries your surname and Policy Embassy don't need statement of account, rather get the sponsor employment letter, ID card, payment slip for a few months, and some other document. (kindly check polish embassy website)

The above means of sponsorship and scholarship usually give a brighter possibility of getting Poland study visa.
