That it's in Borno, doesn't mean it is a state government project, like I said earlier 95% of aids and grants goes to the North esp. NE, a new government that just clock a years can't just get in, plan and mobilize fund for these structures under one year.

Congrats to Zulum but the main task ahead is the filling up of those buildings with kids and qualified staff.
If after commissioning those buildings and the streets of Maiduguri is still filled with children begging with bowls then the aim of buildings those schools and energy expended would’ve been wasted.
If after commissioning them and kids are still being loaded in lorries heading down south, then it would be an elephant project.

Kudos to the governor and his advisers for building those.

Oga keep quite if you don't know what to say, building schools is an achievement to them because they had non previously. Almost all the schools u see in Delta and other parts of the south have been existing since the 60s. So building schools in delta is not an achievement for a government so they won'take noise about it if they do. That doesn't mean we are satisfied with what the governors of the South are doing. But mind you, one bridge built in the delta can build 1000 of those schools up there. The deltas have one of the most difficult terrains in the world
