The recruit process is handled by Dragnet and last between 4 – 6 months. The recruitment stages include:
1. Application
2. Online Test
3. Physical Test
4. Interview
5. Offer

Taking cues from the 2019 Recruitment, the net pay for Graduate trainee is about 173K.

The online assessment is a logical test that consists of 20 questions, the exam time is 20 minutes. Applicants are expected to answer as many questions as possible within the 20mins.

Successful applicants from the online test are invited for a Physical Test, the Test comprise of
-Numerical Questions (20 Questions, 20 Minutes). Use of Calculator not allowed
-Abstract Questions (20 Questions, 20 Minutes)
-Verbal Questions (16 Questions, 16 Minutes)

The problem is at one point during the process, candidate will be asked to provide some documents which will certainly include NYSC cert. Nonetheless, I'll not ask u to stop the process if u are shortlisted but do not put your on it. The experience will distinct u next year of you are not consider this time

You are much likely not going to be shortlisted in the first place. 2.1 is a prerequisite!

Serving corp members should be encouraged to start applying for entry level roles when it remains atleast 4-6 months to their passing out. Some recruitment processes take months.

Never sit down and wait till you are done with NYSC to start writing a CV and cover letter. Now is the time. The situation in Nigeria is not funny anymore.

Never be discouraged from applying, if it doesn't work keep on moving.

It's basically about service line you were applying for and uploads of relevant documents.

This generation of entry level applicants have decided to create a what'sapp group for themselves where discussions and question practices are done. What they don't know is that the future generations will have obsolete information to prepare with and I must say, it isn't good.

The bitter truth is mails have been dished out for further update to all candidates who i think successfully applied for the roles. But there are still chances the mail are being sent out in batches (which I vehemently doubt).

I also can't seems relate as to why they sent such form this time. But the content of the mail speak that after the filling of the form, further communication on the next phase will be communicated on or before June 26. We should be able to duduce something from here!
