I just read Proforce have some form of partnership with Kraz trucks (Ukraine). Their 6x6 chassis is the base for some APC, military vehicles and a concept MRLS systems.
If these guys get favourable business conditions, I hope they will build more advanced hardwares.

I think FG should just fund one or two companies that can effectively compete with proforce and build a production line for mass production of armoured vehicles which Dicon would oversee

for this exerice frenchis didnt think that algeria will sent its old mig 25 , they expected to be intercepted from a sukhoi 30, or mig 29 . and not to be intercepted so early by a mig 25 . even if this old mig 25 is close to retirement , no modern jet in the region can compete with its speed ( + mach 3 )

Don't have any information on that. I am very skeptical that Kenya can field a marine expeditionary force any time soon , that would be a waste of resources. Let them focus on the basics first i.e better training, communication gear, surveillance assets and acquiring naval assets.
