Indeed 90% of urban dwellers in Kenya are tenants, I can confirm that, black Kenyans are very poor , I have never met any average Kenyan owning a complete house in Nairobi outskirts not to mention posh areas, most of the houses in west land, parkland,upper hill,spring-valley,Karen and other nice areas are mostly owned by Indians,Somalis,Whites and Arabs , then politicians, by so doing, average black Kenyans are left to their fates by residing in very poor areas with no access to good roads networks.

That's a different highway. Redhill is still under construction while the Eko has zero construction activity.

i guess they give the contract to a Chinese contractor and politicians took a 40% cut out of the contract money.
