Informal settlements are increasing with insecure residential status and those in Nairobi are quite dismal, over 90% of urban dwellers in Kenya are tenants , the tiny Nairobi county has the highest number of slums in the world and the number of slums dwellers keeps increasing,the total size of the developed parts of Nairobi cbd,Upper hill,West-land,Karen have[b] total land mass of about 17 km²[/b] same goes to other counties, while Over [b]90% of Roads Are Not Tarmacke[/b]d,now tell me if Nairobi or Kenya is developing in the real sense ?
