That is the latest one for your device. There is not wrong in reinstalling same ROMs in situations like this.

If you don't feel like, suit yourself and wait for the release of the next update possibly MIUI 12

Since miui 12 will soon be available, isn't it advisable to wait for it to Show before I update instead of downloading this update of 1.8gb which is still miui 11?

Abi e dey prepare my phone for miui 12?

Start by 11pm or when you are about to sleep. Then check it when you wake.

Remember to reboot to clear previous stats

That is Redmi Note 8. Each phone has it's own ROM and it's naming scheme. When the next update comes for your phone the security patch changes.

You have to keep trying. Eject, hard reboot without SIM tray, re-insert....

different phone different MIUI versions. Some are already running on 11.0.7.0 others MIUI 12.0.0.1 Closed Stable
A colleague even upgrade to 11.0.11 on his Redmi 8

Guys help needed I updated my redmi note 7 to version 11.0.9.0 and since I can't hear during calls with out earpiece or loudspeaker what should I do.
