As from 2010 - kenya operates a devolved gov - that is near similar to Nigeria federal constitution. Kenya has 47 counties - while Nigeria has 36 states.

SA infastructures before used to be a model every African country wishes to copy but today Africa is looming beyond their primitive level and trying to get infastructures of the modern that is better than anything they can dream of...look at TZ building a fast speed electric train..
