The infrastructure is less and lesser people attend the u17 w/c...but it's still A WORLD CUP WITH ALMOST ALL THE GAINS OF THE BIGGER W/C ON A SMALLER SCALE..... das all.

I know Kenya doesn't participate in youth tournaments so it's Normal for you no to have known what was on the news in all the countries of the world.
