He didn't present his certificate the first time. He presented affidavit claiming he lost them while changing office

stop peddling falsehood, he graduated with 3c from secondary school n went to ICE for three years n den went to UI.

now d ICE certificate gave him d opportunity to start his degree from 200l

This is just verification of submitted credentials and other papers/forms they filled. Its normal. In the Company i work it's done every two years no matter how long ago you submitted it or how long you have been working for the company. It's just for integrity sake.
The main screening however will be done at the ballot box for those who survive this stage.

Questions to be asked at this stage is who admitted him into UI with just 3 credits and then how he graduated in just 3 years. Also, how he was able to meander into a first class University having failed English language.
Iam waiting for those explanations.

If not for the sreening and sake of poliical batlle for power, he wouldn't have sat in that kind of angle. The hunger to stay poliically relevant in Nigeria is a different world of Its own.

The biggest mumu is you, who will allow one man select who becomes your governor for his selfish benefits without even attempting to challenge him at all.
Since I'm not their children, I'm not outside the country or State, I will try to have an input no matter how small on who becomes my leader. If he fails in his duties, I will know I failed in my duty as well by not assessing him properly and not cowardly go inside my house to complain that a particular man forced him on us with not resistance from us at all.

My utmost concern is that did the anomalies in obaseki's credentials just happened? If not, how managed that they were not discovered before his first time in office?

These politicians are only gaming the citizens and only cry wolf about their fellow greedy men when things don't favor them.
