someone already pointed out it's bad points which you said should be ignored... personally I have no problem with unoriginal premise/plot since it's becoming increasingly harder to have an original one but the storytelling, plot progression and especially the character writing is just dumb especially like I said before the main character's attitude/behavior in the movie vs the ending of the anime...

Was offline so reading from page 216 so let me just reply general. 1) Gantz is real awesome especially the manga had the most satisfying ending and the author released Gantz:E this year only in chapter 6 based on Edo and it's really good.
2)konosuba is a classic.
3) Dragonball is amazing and legendary but there's no need for the comparisons in power everyone already knows

Then, the power tussle wasn't that much.

Like the time Goku fought Vegeta for the first time, and he over-used his Kaioken. That was his limit.

If not for Yajirobi and Gohan, Vegeta could've killed him.

Another example is the popular debut of SSJ1. He really had a tough time with Frieza.
No matter how much he tried, he couldn't beat him.

I still enjoyed DB nonetheless. I stan 4 life.

I actually enjoy boruto cause the characters are given a better level of development when compared to the chunk of characters in naruto...

What most naruto fans fail to realise is that you can't be expecting extremely serious battles in a time of peace...espevially the fact that the nations are now united,beyond just friendship ties with inter marriage..
And for those shouting technology is too much...pick any decade in history and see the difference between them in tech development..btw comm devices were already used in naruto,what baffles me is how they decided to drop them

lol,there were cameras,tv satellites(what the daimyos used to communicate ),wireless radios (episode 6 of naruto),vcrs as used by anko during chuunin exams,computers as seen during choji's operation in naruto,let us not forget orochimaru's cryogenics laboratories where he made tenzen as yamato,by dna synthesis.
and besides during naruto,nations did not trust themselves and bilateral relationships were almost Zero.Boruto's timeline is roughly 14-15 years after naruto..and besides in naruto the last involving toneri,we saw satellites which toneri planned to use to destroy the earth.Rapid development is what you get when you have peace and good bilateral relationships with other nations coupled with the fact that the world was to be rebuilt after the kaguya episode.
The video games are just a side attraction as kids get to be kids instead of child soldiers.
