Cause a friend of mine told me he was sent a message that He has been mobilized for NYSC that He should go and register.... I told him He was probably mobilized and told to register for His exclusion letter but He said it was for Service.

Undergraduate graduands are only entitled to exemption certificate for now. Disregard any news about being mobilized for NYSC as a memo released earlier in February warned against the said 2020 NYSC mobilization for NOUN graduands.
