We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager, to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.
The Customer Relationship Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction

Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
■ Report to the Head of CRM & SALES ADMIN on a day to day operations and submit a weekly and monthly report on cash inflow report, Administration and CRM activities (Note – Monday to Friday report must be ready before close of business on Friday. Any weekend activity should reflect in the next week’s report)
■ Develop and manage the company's Databases
■ Coordinating with the Sales department to obtain updated client/prospect information to create new files and/or update old files.
■ Responsible for filing and documentation of all client files and correspondences
■ Responsible for responding to inquiries, complaints from customers on the CRM email platform and telephone line
■ Record every inquiry and complaint by customers (old and new)
■ Follow up on installment payments from new clients
■ Follow up on Debt recovery from old clients
■ Proper documentation of all client's correspondences, receipts, title documents, letters etc
