Why instead of memes you post sources that back up your claims wink wink

I never made any claims to begin with I was only stopping the spread of misinformation. grin Besides Nigeria having superior housing quality and quantity to any country in East Africa is just as common sense as knowing Northern European countries have better housing than the Balkan countries.

If Nigeria had superior housing quality and quantity then why is it facing a 22 million housing unit deficit vs 3 million for Tanzania?

It is facing a 22 million housing deficit because it has a huge population and that market have not had the amount of investment it requires.

Nigeria is 74% more expensive in terms of property than in SA... Yet SAns earn around 5-6 times more.... So it's not by any means natural

Tanzania has 56 million people and is he 25th largest in the world in terms of population..........If Tanzania is small then so is SA.

Housing in Nigeria is ridiculously expensive, in fact rent is nearly double in Nigeria than in SA........thus the average Tanzanian will be able to afford a better house than your average Nigerian.

Secondly yes the road subject is debatable i agree.....I however based my decision on the fact that Tanzania has better quality roads, however Nigeria has more paved roads......to be honest I should just make it a tie

What is the average cost of a house in Tanzania?

56 is a far cry from 200

does SA have a 22million supply gap with equally wealthy people chasing the small available ones.

SA has an abundance which people are crying for renters
