Now and during next month bonanza call. 7. Guinness of perterich is position at 39% 12 months upward potential, that's good, but will Peter wait for that time. Needed to show concern at sub #15 at sighting of Bear opportunity by July month. 8. Total is on 55.25% needed to be part during bear bonanza grabs 9. Dangote cement 34.39% good at lower price by next month 10. Seplat 29.98 % good at bonanza offer 11. Nestlé 35.68% good at bonanza offer 12. Eterna is on the high side of 40.45% needed to watch during bear presentation of opportunity at sub #2 At presence of the next month bonanza, investors should target the mentioned squad 13&14. If Afriprudent return to #3.40, Unicap at #2.20 by next Month bonanza offer, they will be one of the nice cash for dividend investors. 1 Like

Chibuking81:Yes you may be right the uacn has about 30% upward potential base on the report. But if you add the benefits of the unbundling of updc and updc riet, then the recommendation for UACN will become VERY STRONG BUY. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Chibuking81(m): 12:19pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
talk2me2:They accommodated it before recommending, without accommodating it , UACN will not even be at bench talk more of reserve. Remember UACN is try your Lucky, their unbundling might have price in with their current price. The July fix date is not sacrosanct, meaning that it might take longer time to be concluded, many expectations of q2 companies bad result will likely affect some companies upward movement between now and next month, so I see it as opportunity to buy more. But talking of 12 months upward potential, with next bonanza opportunity UACN will likely fit in. Many are still waiting in Oando motor, even with years of their nonperformance hoping that one day the company will move forward, that is also try your Lucky, which if it come to pass will triple their capital appreciation, same with eterna. Such stock is good to invest monthly with money one able to risky, not greater percentage of one investment, because if it turn out good, he will smile, but when it turn out bad , he can easily forgo the investment. The worse investment, is not your stock returning to 20 kobo car park, because at that there is still hope of resurrecting one day, but worse is when your said company you invested is been delisted, like that of Skye bank, and other delisted companies. 1 Like |

Buying Caverton on Monday, will I be qualified for Dividend pls? |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Chibuking81(m): 1:20pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
arduino:Transcorp has done the similar before returning above 1000% from 50 kobo car park then to #6 with help of transcorp hotel, which was later caved out as separate entity. And transcorp return back to about 60 kobo, move back to #2.5 with news of getting certain huge amount that government owes power sectors, when the news die down, the return back to sub #1. I was opportune to jump out at about #6+ then from my part during the IPO of 2006 thereabout, that visited 50 kobo. Stock this days is turning to try your Lucky, Japaul oil does similar with news of receiving huge investment with one foreign institution, they move north, but when the news die off they return, some are manipulation. So if you are in such stock, it's called try your Lucky stocks, that is waiting for one big non existing news that will never materialized to move them forward. When you notice such opportunity as jijo member, jump in and try to jump out while the ovation is still loudly. 3 Likes |

Chibuking81: I want to accumulate UACN more next week because below N8 is a very good price for me, So I don't get caught unawares in July. At this price i.e getting free UPDC REIT @N3.50 add that to UPDC you can't beat that value All my free funds for June goes into UACN from next week. I like their list particularly... stcool: The 3 you mentioned stand out to me more than the other unmentioned 3. On UACN Sometimes there is a way your friends will be shouting buy buy on a particular stock, one will try to test the try your Lucky, which I might likely participate but not with greater percentage of my holding. At bonanza offer next month I will likely buy some portion of UACN, for now am still looking at other better stock from my findings. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by stcool(m): 1:31pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
Chibuking81: UACN will hold 60% of my portfolio in June...DF in my mind From my calculation any amount invested is 100% return after unbundling as at yesterday closing price. < N8.00 is key for me |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Chibuking81(m): 1:51pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
stcool: 1. UPDC is half a unit a shareholder of UACN will get after unbundling, that's if at price of #3.50÷ 2 = #1.75 ( with expected final year EPs of 16 * 4 = 64 kobo/ 2 = 32 kobo) and this seems to be the most target among all. 2. UACN main companies has EPs of about #1 equivalent to FIDELITY, FCMB, Caverton, all in the range of #1.7 to #2.3, and the 3 mentioned paid higher final dividend than UACN. Fidelity paid 20 kobo, FCMB paid 14 kobo, Caverton paid 20 kobo, while UACN paid 10 kobo. Can that range of #2 stock or below be the fair price of UACN main company? 3. My main worries still remains that, if after unbundling and no more buyer at side of UAC property which their accumulated negative earning will be - 612 kobo × 6 = -3672 kobo for the 6 unit allotments, who will bail one out at 20 kobo junction? 2 Likes |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by stcool(m): 2:17pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
Chibuking81: UACN paid 0.64k in 2018 and 0.10k in 2019 and we know that after Unbundling the support provided to UPDC will stop. All things equal I see UACN paying 0.20k-0.50k after unbundling for 2020 year end. However UPDC may drop as people rush to book profit but not as low as 0.20k. Most likely in a range btwn 0.50k-N1.00 UPDC leaving UACN will no longer be biz as usual for the managers, in fact we could see increased buying interest as people start selling. Other players may want to take up board positions. It will present an opportunity to buy UPDC & REIT for long-term as I intend to keep this 3 stocks in my portfolio |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Chibuking81(m): 2:23pm On Jun 12, 2020 |
stcool: If there will be opportunity to book profit there is no problem. But manipulation is heavily presence in some stock in NSE, the insiders will make sure that UAC property stocks returns to 20 kobo before effecting the 6 units allotments to the UACN holders. Thereby causing people to cue up struggling to escape. Then after that within some years the stock will be receiving fresh air. |

From my experience on NSE, I know the most descent girls don't end up with the best husbands. I checked that GTI recommendation and smiled in my heart. I know at least one stock that when it is ready, UBA will not see it's back for gains. UBA can be VERY LAZY! Most of the stocks having very high expected percentage gains are the ones the guys don load finish. By the time they return like 50% and you are getting excited to collect the remaining 37%, brokers don begin dey shed load while your new funds will still be entering due to excitement, then Gbagun kpaka boooom....the door don shut.... Make I chill dey look wayo, after all dem go come talk later say that one dey under review or no dey their coverage.... 4 Likes

OBAGADAFFI: Newrest ASL delisted from NSE about 2 years ago. Some companies delist in order to personalise the wealth of the business. ASL used to pay dividend of 30k, but paid a total special dividend of N6.80k within a year it was delisted. The stock sold for around N5.00 on the floor, interested shareholders were bought out at N7.70k per share 3 Likes |

ositadima1: Treasury Bills at 4%, Commercial papers at 5% FG bonds at 11% etc were all oversubscribed. Over subscription did not start in 2020, most of the investors ie Pension fund managers, Insurance companies, Institutional investors are more concerned about safety and certainty of the returns on their Investments. Two years or less from now Investors who are currently accumulating shares selling at a discount, will definitely smile. 6 Likes 1 Share |
