And added that LG has the worst ACs follow by Samsung.

Fouani is the authorized distributor of LG products in Nigeria and you'll be 1 year warranty on product purchased from them. So if the unit packs up within the warranty period, it will be repaired as it's not by model.

In my opinion, Panasonic I think is the best, however, they consume a lot of power and won't work when the voltage is low. LG inverter Acs are equally good if you're considering power consumption.

Definitely Panasonic. Panasonic unit are more durable than LG even though more expensive. Yes there's Panasonic Malaysia and also China. There's a difference in price though.

While returning from Singapore In 2004, my cousin bought a Blue Star Air conditioner,
Till last year it was working absolutely fine (he just had to recharge gas once) and he had to sold it last year as Its yellow color was not matching with his apartments`s interior.

I dont know if this is available anywhere, I have seen them in Malaysia, Indonesia and India. Man that quality was superb.
If not then go for Panasonic.

India, China, Singapore, etc will still work but Malaysia is usually more durable and rugged but only that the cost is usually higher. The price you bought the India made will be cheaper than Malaysia.

But in all, it will still perform. Hope for the best.

While winters can go freezing cold and windy, Summers it was reaching 49 degrees C with a dry heatwave, You can not understand this thing unless you experience it by yourself.

You may die by heatwave by just walking 1 km (Same like Saudi and Iranian parts). So Air Conditioning equipment in India are specifically designed to bear such terrible temperatures and loads. That is why you will see a lot of HVAC projects in Dubai, Saudi are being done by Indian HAVC APCs.

Only robust and very high quality air conditioner can survive in India, UAE and Saudi.
Thus quality of India`s Airconditiong, Chilling equipment are unmatchable.

On the note let me point out , i lived in UAE and Iran as well but not in Saudi, so i know what temperatures i am talking about.

I don't know how bad the voltage is but if low voltage is an issue in your neighborhood, consider buying an inverter AC. Panasonic will be very expensive except you don't mind but LG will be cheaper.

2 things might be the culprit. Your unit might be low on GAS as a result of a Leaks or your unit(outdoor or indoor or both) blocked as a result of dirts which is not allowing it breath well which servicing might resolve.

Nothing to worry about because it's a minor development. Call on any reliable AC technician you know to have it checked and resolved.

good morning Mr Sacramento please is there any difference between a 2HP standing AC and the hanging one? the prices differ even amongst the same product. I'm thinking of getting a 2HP inverter LG AC I don't know if I should get the hanging or standing please your opinion is highly needed.

Definitely, the standing unit will be more expensive even as it's 2HP but it will work better than the split. The standing unit comes with a bigger fan & blows cooling faster than the split and mostly used for a large space.

If you are not on Budget & you have a large space, go for the standing unit. You won't regret it

budget is not much of a problem I'll save towards it I'm moving to a bigger place soon so I'll just go for the standing AC I'll go for LG inverter the one I have works on low current. Thanks

I don't know if they will have standing unit on Inverter but if they don't, get the ordinary but insist on the one that came with R410 refrigerant as against R22 which is the old unit. Why? Because R410 Refrigerant is a new technology and the compressor doesn't consume light like the old unit and the cooling is more effective.

Just advising from a personal angle because if i am in the market now for an air-conditioner, it will be the R410 refrigerant type.

Inverter ACs are very well friendly with Generators which is depended on Gen capacity. Even when powered, you won't really notice there's much load on the Gen set. Many Banks are making use of them, companies same and individuals.

Daikin is a good brand as well but I will pick a Panasonic over Daikin. However, nothing beats a brand new unit but if the used is still in an excellent condition, you can still go for it.
