Mounting the pointer on the top of the house, after we dug the hole, mounted the basket, still applying the industrial salt and charcoal. We are still going to add animal waste to the pit ..........

To be completely protected, a bungalow is supposed to have this same complete treatment, but I have seen a lot of builders use 10mm copper wire to link the pointer on top of the house to the basket at the base of the house, instead of this copper tape. And it has been working for them like that.

my oga, abeg how far can 10m get to if I want to do a simple 4flats of 2 bedroom apartment. 2flats up and 2 flats down. location is Okigwe and land is already secured

Thank you very much. The cost is very minimal so I will put one on my next project which is 4 Bedrooms Bungalow ensuite with a 2 bedrooms BQ ensuite but not in Lagos, this time it will be Ado-Ekiti.

You can budget 20 to 25m but variation likely occur .
Because site location and type of land (topographic of land ) matters alot.

Concrete cast of this security house lintels.

We are expecting the arrival of the roofing tiles for this house, installation will commence almost immediately.

We have topped blocks to the lintels, now awaiting the start of the parapet fascia.
