I just received another mail now for Final Interview invite scheduled for Monday 8th.

It is going to be via Skype as usual.
InkedIn Check on the people that were copied in the mail indicate they are all HR people. Hoping it will be for negotiation and the likes.

I do not have info for the intervew process for your role. However is dash board still showing "meet qualification: application in process" ?

I ve done the final interview. I was informed at the beginning that I should try and impress them as they are going to make the final decision. One of their top boss even join from UK.

I was grilled seriously again on the technical aspect of the operation. At the end i was told to be expecting from them any moment from now.

PM me, I will hand over someone that has handled a similar role Electrical maintenance technician in the same company to give you one or two information that might help. He is no more with them, but might have some useful information that you can possibly relate with. you are really blessed to have over 1 month to prepare. If i were you, i will do mad exploration.


You might need to know a lot about vfd, powerflex drive, kinetic drive, PLC, I/O modules, Using CTsoft software for troubleshooting, etc. I believe you have an experience they are very interested in. No need to panic. If you show proficiency, even if you do not know all but know the key ones, they will still take you and then train you. They have a good training culture. Just be confident. All the best.

You have almost a month to prepare for it but remember to ask for God's favour while preparing for the interview

You shall come victorious at the end just be positive and don't be tensed, remember there is/are something they are interested in your CV for contacting you in the first place. Gracias

Okay sir, all the best to you. As far as i know palletizer, it is one of the sweetest machine to operate in a manufacturing unit. Maintenance and operation is pretty basic and automated.
