skyscraper only makes sense in a crowded society where lands are not easily accessible. One of the drawback particularly during emergency period is fire outbreak.( many Africa country can't afford 10 equipment that can reach a maximum of 20 floors in quenching the fire talkless of 30 to 40 in emergency outbreak . This becomes a disaster for such country.
