Toju200: How many terrorists are killed as a result of the airstrike They are more to these than just airstrike. Boots on the ground is more beneficial than Airstrike. Facts: 1) Isreal used cluster bomb on Hezbollah secured caves and there was little/no positive result. 2) Check the time Navy seals were pinned down on a mountain top by Terrorists dugged in a cave, they used airstrikes still, nothing..then ended up losing men(special forces including Rangers sent to their rescue). The men on ground had to destroy the dugged in position. #Bootsongroundmatters. Happy birthday in arrears. 9 Likes |

Make una allow this guy to dey brief us abeg, everyone on the thread knows that news we hear are sugar coated, why not allow him to say his mind here...at least, they are people that are enjoying his updates... We are patriotic citizens, but we need to know about what is happening. We are loosing innocent men and women in this war unnecessarily, the last thing that is expected is something stopping the truth from coming out. joshingjosh: You didn't understand me "properly", there was no place I wrote about preferring the Hilux to the Humvee. What I meant is, there's no difference between a normal /not armored /un-armoured Humvee and a Hilux. Haven't you seen a civilian Humvee on our streets? The difference is one is "tushed up" and the other is not. 1 Like |

bidexiii:There's some trainer version 'Mugin UAVs' used for drone pilot training at the airforce. Wonder if short term solution of equipping with sensors/camera would achieve a better experience. I could only hope Demfas is able to get more traction in the Nigerian sector. If based in or around Shenzen (tech capital of the world), best believe they'll have access to a lot of technological capabilities. |

GeneralFarouq: A average Nigeria Regular Soldier undergo S.E.R.E which include some basic krav maga, core kickboxing/boxing, i no fit talk Police sha o... Distance between those service men (while on their knees) and their executors give them more advantage to disarming, eliminating and responsive shooting... Meanwhile, they have slightest ratio of survival ( that's if the execution team is more than the two executors, the cameraman and possibly a driver) but they can still take at least two with them, before being shot dead, because if they disarm those terrorist, the terrorist will have no choice but to open fire on them. Then it depends on their luck... Kneeling down, blindfolded without being locked is a bit weird, to see a force man like that 1 Like |

Terrorist are just like markets they want to show clean videos, where they will appear in charge and under control of the situation. To achieve this the will take the victim they intend to kill or asked to speak for prove of life several times in front of the camera usually saying the same thing, with this the victim or victims will be calm in the video because they don't actually know if that will be another outing or the final one. 4 Likes |

i see that there is some chuck norris films amators here , kartate kids , ninjas who dodges bullets or can take down ten armed man bare handed behind their keybords , most had never held a rifle or a gun in their hands and will wet their pants if they had an AK47 aiming them . you can't even imagine what's to be arrested by an armed group like boko haram that can do much worst than to kill you with a bullet in the head . and the day you will fire with a rifle , you will know that even ultimate world martial artist is a dead meat in face of one AK47 , not talking about been ambushed and taken hostage by an armed group RIP to these brave soldiers who faced death honorably and sacrificed their lives to protect their country and population ! 17 Likes |

There is relief now. “There was panick few hours ago but now we are fine and safe. The streets are filled with people celebrating the victory of the military over evil people,” a staff with an International Non-Governmental Organisation, INGO disclosed. It was learnt that, the insurgents stormed Monguno town exactly 11:30, shooting sporadically in attempt to overrun the town. A staff of an INGO had told Daily Trust that there was deafening sounds of gunshots everywhere. “As I am speaking with you, Monguno is under attack by Boko Haram, there are loud blast ongoing now, the troops are trying to repel it. According to a local hunter source, the attackers came at 10:00am, raining bullets on the civilians. Casualties figure can not be ascertained at the time of filing the report. The Islamic State claims to have killed 90 fighters of “a militia” affiliated with the Nigerian army near Borno Wow (not good)... potentially huge shift in targeting. If ISWAP now considers villagers "allied" w army as targets & justifies massacring them, it could mean victimizing large #'s of civilians, unlike ISWAP b4 (but akin to Shekau). Will moderate factions emerge? Will this b 1off? 1 Like
