Read up activated charcoal online, it helps a lot but you would have to drink a lot of water. Also, you would have to wait for like 2/3hr before you eat, that, if you effectually take the charcoal.

I have used the said fermented unripe plantain after spending a lot of money buying drugs for ulcer without much relief, it really does works and very affordable too. it tastes like palmwine and the taste is enjoyable too. It was introduced to me by my neighbour and since then whenever I ever feel d discomfort that comes with the ulcer underneath the breast bone, I quickly prepare and take it after which I get the most desired relief.

Greetings all. Please I soaked mine on Monday and I want to start taking it tomorrow, am I supposed to sieve the water out and drink just the water alone or I should take everything, that is with the plantain?

I soaked N100 (4 pieces) unripe plantain in a 2litres of keg after peeling away the green body part.. I really don't have a permanent dosage,but most times.. a shot b4 eating and another shot after eating breakfast and dinner
