I have always say this, it is the systemas in the (structure) that is not working not the person in government in particular. We spent more than half of our revenue to maintain all these politicians they will still steal from the remaining oo. No matter who is in government in Nigeria we will keep complaining because the system is not working, no matter how poor the person in government in USA or western countries he or she will still perform because they have a working structure. The solution is even if we can't reduce the number let reduce their salary which is fucking too much that is why they fight and kill to get there which is just for the sake of their pocket, assuming you have a job or you are into business and you want to contest for governor and you know that the difference between your present income and what you will be taking as a governor is not that much, why will you want to get there by fire by force. Only then people with genuine interest to serve people will get there and only then the mass can enjoy. The present Structure/ System is not working the earlier we realise it the better.
