I forward my registrars email reminders to him, which shows the names that are about to expire.

He called me that someone offered $400 for one of the names listed for $450.

I told him to tell the person to go ahead that I have changed it.

Have given my friend his percentage, (My guy no fit joke with am)

So a schools website dropped at ed yesterday, and i looked it up in wayback machine the site is very much usefull to them, maybe they forgot to renew the domain or something, can i buy it then sell to them or the domain is already trademarked?

From my experience so far, having just one potential end user in sight is not ideal. If that one enduser doesn't buy then what?

I wish you good luck, but sometimes don't be pushed to register what just sold in another city, because it might sell or might not.

The guy na authority in his line of profession, he actually stop his normal 9-5 work to focus on fiverr.
Presently he has some people that are handling project for him,his even paying them because of volume of task, he deals with.

Have you bothered to find out OTHER reasons this site may have dropped?

Have you checked Google News to see if this school was mentioned?

Has the government shut it down/withdrawn its license?

Are they rebranding?

The name you are outbounding with doesn't affect so far as the domain you are trying to sell is good,and needed by an end user.

But true, use your real name if possible, so it will show as same name in the invoice, if need be.

Yeah.. And for domains registered without privacy, if an enduser happens to check it's whois info he'll know he is dealing with the owner of that name.
