You expect a country to invade and go on an all out war with another country which can affect unarmed citizens thereby leading to another thing. Why do you think Chad can't enter Nigeria when they were clearing Boko Haram insurgents.
It would have been better if you can use an example of an all-out war when you're trolling US, if not just go online and update yourself.
