so they will run on the empty side of the outboard road. In the evenings, traffic is on outboard side of the road from Accra so they will use the inboard side of the road to Accra to avoid traffic.

I said, 4 hours in traffic is an exaggeration,Ive driven on that route before one several occasion during peak traffic hours even in festive seasons when there is a lot of abnormal traffic on that route.
Ive also used trotro to Amasaman to visit a friend there severally.

They reality is, Aayalolo wont be getting dedicated lanes
What the city authorities have approved for them to use is a reverse traffic flow.

As to why they are not working like that yet is what i dont know.

when you are going to circle in the morning
the road from circle is empty, the only part of the road with traffic is the one heading to circle.

In the evening, the road leaving circle has a lot of traffic, just after you cross circle but the other side does not.
