Please for those who know, does a recently qualified accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria need to do an induction and get his certificate prior to registering for ACCA and claiming the 9 exemptions available?

Can a transcript or something else stand in lieu of the certificate itself?

Gbenga Oyebode is married to the daughter of late Muritala Mohammed, that doesn't mean the guy is not an exceptional Commercial lawyer.

He graduated 41 years ago at the age of 20 from University of Ife. Left the Law school about 40 years ago, at the age of 21, got a Master degree in Business law from the University of Pennsylvania about 38 years ago at the age of 22.Worked in a law firm in New York for a year.

Worked as a corporate lawyer with Chevron Huston Texas for 7 years

Came back to Nigeria in 1990 and worked the corporate law firm of Ajumogobia and Okeke for 2 years, before establishing his own law firm in 1993.

As a lawyer who is qualified to practice in the US, he became the preferred lawyer for American Businesses in Nigeria together with his experience in the Oil and gas sector.

Member American Bar Association, Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association etc

Someone talked about Abacha loot, the lawyers are usually foreigners because the loots are usually in Europe. It is the attorney general that gets lawyers and bankers that will assist the country to recover the stolen funds

to answer your question directly, a transcript can be used pending when the certificate will be ready. A transcript is more than sufficient sir. Have a blessed day �
