Coolcash1: I expect it to fall to a point and later it will start its ascent again. I think the second rise will be a violent one. This together with all stocks should do it while singing " Soli... Soli....Soli....Solidarity for ever!" We go hammer well well well this year. 2 Likes |

You guys (Meshpip/RDoracle) started this debate about a month ago (April 24); then i noted that both of you are right (see below). There would be a final rise in stocks before the fall that memship is expecting (though not to the lows he has been forecasting). So though he is right that there is a major fall coming, there would be a quick rise in the coming days....which makes RDoracle right as well. Well.....let me hope I am right, as I go incognito for a few months. Like my good friend OGG would say.....Selah! Bomboclad: RabbiDoracle: 1 Like |

Bomboclad: I think the rise may not be a steep one, it will probably take several months to play out like it did in 2017 to 2018. Zeniths (and the other banks) dividend yield is too awesome for a very stable and solid business. I see people keying in to d point of reducing the dividend yield to a single digit with time. I for sure know at current yield rate it is a good buy, it beats all the so called "safe" investments hands down. |

It's purely normal for NEIMETH to witness a pullback in price. Frankly, am surprised that someone would want to align with a coy that has already delivered over 575% in actual/real return. U can not but wonder why they didn't key in when we gave a BUY call here(backed with explicit analysis) @ 38k. If u couldn't buy then, why now? The situation can be likened to a man who got an offer alert at 60% discount for a tea drink, holix, from the management of a grocery store where he usually buys provision for his family. The product which hitherto sold for N1,000 was given out on promotion for just N400, with offer subject to stock availability. Having doubts, he quickly rushed down to the store to authenticate the notice and verify the genuineness of the product. But after given it a pass, he still didn't buy but stood there watching other buyers stockpile until it was out of stock... even when he had the fund to buy as many as 10 holix drink. His reason? The wife is usually the one who determines when is the RIGHT TIME to buy the tea drink. Well, he eventually got home and on that evening Madam demanded for N3,900 been proceed for 3 holix she bought from Spar @ N1,300 each. ...that was the very same holix he could've bought for N400 each. Oga simply had to refund the money to Madam !! Symbolic meaning; The store which offered the promo was a platform of opportunity(in this case, NSEMPA) The product, holix represents NEIMETH. Moral: Once the thing about due diligence is established and authenticated, there's need to ALWAYS act in TIME !! Like I always tell folks; "In finding the right equilibrium between RISK and REWARD(MoS peg with risk-return in view), the PRICE u pay for an asset is EVERYTHING !!" Remember: Price is what u pay... but VALUE is what u get !! Those who keyed in early enough and also exited their holding on time understood the importance of the 2 NUGGETs below; "A period of BULL in the stock market is like an 'unnecessary party', and a BEAR phase like a 'trade-fair'. The latter is usually when the manufacturer's of great assets auction a few at sumptuous discounts. ...while the former is that time when some 'expired goods' are sold. A shrewd investor visits both markets, but knows WHEN and WHAT to buy or sell." ~Sinclair "When the stock market request for 'a drink' from u, give to it but ONLY if its a sound but cheap one. ...and when it offers u 'a drink', take a sip, then drink a bit more but try NOT to get intoxicated. It's a great way to benefit more from 'him' over TIME." ~Sinclair 5 Likes |

onegentleguy: GonFreecss1: This is why TA knowledge is important. Buying a stock at 575% bullish run is dangerous, and it can reverse at any point. 2 Likes |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 7:47pm On Jun 15, 2020 |
onegentleguy: And more to why NEIMETH needed to reprise a little downwards is because the combination of surrounding risk and current mkt price now leaves less room for reward in view of valuation.(MoS peg in view) Today's closing price of N2.32 is a near 27% premium from my FVE of N1.70(using a mix of appropriate valuation model and assuming zero risk) So fundamentally, PRICE has run ahead of REWARD and needs to come down. On TA; RSI had since moved above the overbought line(peg @ 70) My check also confirmed that the 9-day EMA also moved above the mean line suggesting the possibility of a pullback. However, MACD still supports an overall bullish posture post correction. ...so price may not drop so low. Am thinking of a drop to a range btw 1.40-1.71 before another short rise. Other TA Ogas might wish to add to this. Congratulations to all those who made some returns from playing the stock !! Selah 2 Likes |

On this Neimeth, I think people should just look out for opportunities elsewhere.......it will just range at certain points, then go to rest for the year......EXCEPT there's something driving the price. No be only Neimeth waka come. Just my opinion anyway. BTW, oga BBM and Bomboclad, you're welcome back. 1 Like |
