pitman10: 1. He will go to google and search for jobs that he is qualified for. 2. He will apply to ONLY companies that can sponsor a tier-2 visa. 3. He will apply for the job, have an interview, trounce other applicants (especially those from the UK & EU). 4. The company will issue him a CoS. Which he will use to apply for a visa. 5. He will migrate and begin work. This response is based on the bolded above. Means you already have some knowledge of the points-based-visa system and the different ‘tiers’. Best of luck to your bro. 1 Like |

LuvlyIva: Irony of life, weeks ago you were asking how to migrate to the UK to join your wife, but you're back here abusing the system because your wife won't agree with you to join her. I hope Nigeria gives you more than what the UK can and hopefully your wife feels good to join you back home, if that's even a plan. Oh I hope your phone isn't hacked as well. 2 Likes |

The trend continues ...... They don't realize that Nigeria is a better country at the beginning. When their attempt to relocate out of Nigeria fails, they now remember that Nigeria is the best thing after slice bread and abroad is nonsense. Chai, forced love 2 Likes |

If we deprive Mr LuvlyIva of his newfound contentment with Nigeria, will this make your life happier today? I say let him enjoy his view. Travelling is not for everyone. Welldone Mr LuvlyIva. You are quite right in your summation. You are doing very well in Nigeria, more than you would have done in the UK. 3 Likes |

LuvlyIva: Oga ....it is showing you are inconsiderate ooo. She probably trying her best despite her health condition . If her earning is not even up to £18,600 , how do you expect her to have savings...... since your money is so plenty, you both could have worked together and use pension to make up whatever difference she needs to get £18,600 since using pension Is an option for spouse Visa earning calculation Instead you choose to set your self free.... oya be free and enjoy Nigeria. My last comment to you since you are now free 1 Like |

LuvlyIva:I think you are posting all this to pepper your wife maybe she is also a nairalander . To that lucky woman, who refused to sponsor this man via spousal visa, I really congratulate you as the most lucky woman, this man would have frustrated hell out of your life in UK . About 4 weeks ago, you were here seeking for advice, but today ...you are here to abuse the system. I keep telling people... Don't bring that frustrated dependant if all his or her love is based on just using you to travelling out 19 Likes |
