Aydindon123: Sponsor must show proof of his source of wealth. Being that he is a business man, a certificate of Incorporation must suffice and should explain the nature of his job in the sponsorship letter in order to provide clear financial standing to support your planned studies in Canada. It will end in praise |

Adwoa816: It's possible to undergo an upfront medicals after you had submitted your application. However, I would advise you wait for IRCC to request for the medical exam from you. At least, this shows that your application is progressing and a positive decision is soon to be made on your application. Keep the faith alive and hope for the best. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Godblesmyhustle: From the information I have gathered, there have no been any approval since this month for Nigerian applicants. Nonetheless, IRCC are still working and processing applications and will soon dish out feedbacks to those that have been called for medicals. On the other note, It's important to know that a few applications have also been turned down/refused lately by IRCC. Let's keep all fingers crossed and hope visa applications will soon be processed in its usual prompt fashion. It will end in praise 2 Likes |

Miide2: Have you been able to contact IRCC via webform about your application status? If you haven't done that, please do so as soon as possible. More so, in this recent times, there have been a delay in processing most paper applications, including PR applicants whose applications are paper based are also waiting to receive their AOR. The delayed response from IRCC is a general issue, which is as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic. By the way, Have you received a medical request since you applied?. It will end in praise. |

gentlemate00: Hello Gentlemate00, The answers you may get will be most definitely be on assumption based. Why not request for your GCMS notes. Most times, its not always about the documents included but how well delineating it was. If you're thinking of getting hints regarding your application before the arrival of your notes, you'll need to expatiate appropariately the details of your personal profile and/or situation as well as your financial background (if applicable). This way, people here can contribute their respective inputs. All the best |

Hi Everyone, Please I need your assistance on writting a financial support letter from NGO, stating that they will be sponsoring people's study and living expenses. My wife intends applying for a MSc. program and she will be going with my 7 months old daughter, So firstly, I will like to know if NGOs are required to submit Proof of funds (Statement of Account) when sponsoring people to study abroad, Secondly does the organization's name needs to appear on the school application and tuition fee's payment receipt? I intend to use the NGO for sponsorship of 10 applicants and we intend to use it's sponsorship letter to cover all expenses including monthly stipends (Similar to Scholarship) as proof of funds. Looking forward to your responses Thanks. |

Pee2Jay9: Hello Pee2Jay9, It isn't ideal but there is no rules against it. All it takes is a convincing case or demonstration and also it depends on who is the sponsor. All the best 1 Like |

Aydindon123: Hello Aydindon123, If he's the manager, then its compulsory he shows proof and source of his employment. The payslip could be overlooked but the others may certainly not be. If the history of his BS shows or reflects such bulk inflows especially in the past 6 months, then its more easier to explain with a simple written letter. All the best |

Luckymama: Hello Luckymama, The normal length of certain 1yr programs runs for at least 8 months. This equals 1yr PGWP. The 4 months extra is to allow the student make preparations to depart Canada. Stay blessed! |

Canada might go back to in-person interview, paper application. Compose your personality and read well to answer questions. Nothing new, just to meet with the surge after the pandemic clears. https://globalnews.ca/news/7054996/ottawa-immigration-process-revamp/amp/?__twitter_impression=true 2 Likes |

ron5ke: I would advise you draft an LOE that would come first before the SOP. This LOE would state the refusal reasons and clarifications on how the refusals were addressed in detail; one by one with their individual sub-headings. How has your current situation has changed? Have you added new documents to support your statements? Did u forget to add any vital documents and you have now added it? State all of it. Good luck |

Good day House, I just applied for admission for a post graduate diploma program at University of Winnipeg today. I earlier did my Educational Credential Assessment with ICAS and attached it in my application in place of requested transcripts as I wanna avoid extra expenses for transcript and delays from COVID 19 affecting my school in Naija. Can any one her advise me on what to expect and how long it will take to hear from them. What is the process? |
