Diego1989: Who else is to blame? They should persecute the contractor and the road safety inspector that sign off this fraudulent bridge. Nigerians must understand that "enforcement of the law" is the beginning of the war against corruption. 1 Like |

OEPHIUS:It's good they tendered apology but that doesn't prevent a full scale investigation into the incident. Justice demands that and if they are found guilty, they should be punished but a bit of mercy. |

This Barkin do construction company are doing shit. I knew of a rubbish road project they did in Enugu East LGA and I guess its owned by a powerful politician from Enugu. To the governor; Ifeayin Ugwuanyi, Barkindo address is in Abuja and have just a mere office in a plaza... hmmm But I think governors who want to increase thier states IGR should start awarding projects to companies registered within thier domain, that employed staffs and have verified office/location within their states. With this they would collect taxes including PAYE. Now Barkindo will be paying taxes to FCT Abuja from scares resources paid from Enugu states coffers. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Are you sure that Enugu is not fulanised? Which one is Gariki I thought it is Garki in Abuja. But are there no construction company in Enugu that could have handled that project. No worry, that Barkindo maybe owned by a Southerner just as Kakatar is owned by a Bayelsan. Na to make aboki think say na northernised company. |

Why is Barkindo, a Fulani, executing local infrastructure contract in Enugu....and gave it a Hausa name, Garki? If not for this "snapper" incident no one ever will know a fulani executed that contract. In Biafran capital of all places! Has Kanu seen this news? Hey, Imhotep, Lzaa, Adaibeku, has your oga at the top heard about this? |
