As at when Giadom was appointed, there was no National Vice Chairman from the south to take over as Ag. Chairman.

Now there is one. Hence, there is no basis for the court verdict. The appeal court upheld the suspension of Oshiomhole alone not the appointment of Giadom as acting chairman.
