When Ajimobi was presented for the position, which remain JUST inauguration by OSHIOMHOLE, he was never suspended then.
When he finally inaugurated Ajimobi, then he's acting under Court judgement that nullified his suspension. MEANING all he did before last night was VALID. Gaidom remains in his position as the deputy secretary why Ajimobi runs the affairs till Oshobaba's ILLEGAL suspension get lifted c'est fini

Get yourself a copy of the High Court judgement that suspended Oshiomole. It specifically authorized Giadom to hold fort.
Go read that judgement and quit quoting me ignorantly.

Now there is one. Hence, there is no basis for the court verdict. The appeal court upheld the suspension of Oshiomhole alone not the appointment of Giadom as acting chairman.

How can a man (Oshiomhole) who was suspended by his ward affirm the appointment of a deputydeputy in the face of stay of execution? He was sacked based on ward suspension, and in fact as it stands now, we're watching, I don't have any interest in who becomes the Chairman.

You are causing more problem for Tinubu...Presidency is not Gov or Senate..you need the supports of everybody...if you want to win presidential election Cary everybody along...You people have cause more troubles for Baba Tinubu by exposing him in all corner, bringing more enemies for him, same reason star boy has become a nobody in the villa...u people have just killled BAT presidential ambition before arrival..despite all BATs underground moves ahead 2023, some of u that knows nothing about politics will come online to brag, something the BAT himself will never try...just watch out for the mass rejection BAT will get in 2023 mainly because of people like you... Look you guys are missing the point, a divided south can not achieve anything. The north are not ready to leave power so they will keep mute and allow you to kill apc the party yourself, then leave the dead body for you so they can support their brothers in another party. If the southwest wins the apc ticket the south east and south south will rather vote Pdp even if the party fields a northerner. So its a win win situation for the north. Look at katsina the presidents home town and see the way the northerners have started to rebuke the apc party including other states in the north. We say the northerners are not well read, then why are they so savvy when it comes the political dynamics of this country.

No sir,another court ordered ordered giadom to be sworn in as the next in command in the interim until oshiomhole returns. He acted for a few days fulfilling that interim order.with oshiomhole back, that order expired

The suspension is illegal.they can only recommend his suspension while the NEC approves it.he was elected by the nec and can only be disciplined by them

If a sitting governor is removed by a lower court, and the decision is upheld all the way to the supreme court, are all the actions taken by the governor during the appeal period automatically rendered invalid

You can flex muscle from now till eternity, his actions are invalid unless the order is vacated. In all, the fighting continues between the camps; and this time, it might signal the end of APC.
It's now obvious they congregated to deliver the 'Buhari Project', after which all man to himself as it is now.
Buhari's silence self, is too loud. APC has turned out to be a party that was seeking power but was never prepared for governance.
