The answer is up there bro

Make person sha no talk.

I asked for the initial selling price and not the amount they finally agreed to, which is $850.

Except the domain name was listed on DAN with a make offer, there would be a price attached to it.

D Op said he negotiated the price to $850 and I wanted to know how much he initially listed the name for. Was it $2000, $1500, $3000 or what?

How many dollars was shaved off before the buyer agreed to it and thought he got a great deal...

No be all of us dey ask questions for question sake..

Some of us actually wants to learn a thing or two to help us become better.

Good day my elders
Can I buy a trade mark domain and sell to the same company? For example I have the dot com extension of a trademarked domain, with the intention of selling to the same company, ( the plan is to ask for a refund if they don't respond after three days)
Your response are highly valued
There are tones of name out there live trademarked name alone

The buyer started from $200. That might have been 10-20% of what the BIN was.

Also, focus on the domain name. It's a very good name. It will attract people to buy the products and hearing aids don't come cheap. The buyer seemed desperate not to lose the name. That is probably why he was ready to pay $850.

Many of the best domainers price their domains based on the value it will bring to the buyer. Mr Mann is a good example. You can only go that route when surplus dey your hand and you won't turn skeleton waiting for a buyer.

Which bank did u use, and at what rate?

Received BTC of 163$ and sold it at #444/ $

NB. I don't use Luno. Search for other crypto exchanges online. Pls don't ask me which exchange I use. You can use any. It all depends on the market at that point in time.

What I mean is that the combination of geo in cryptocurrency domain names is rare.

If I start you people will say I have started, that my own is too much. you are looking for someone who will hold hands with you, pat you on the back and sing kumbaya with you in the midst of having a sense of entitlement coupled with lack of zeal to read and explore.

If you had taken the time to read the sales report in question and the next 1-2 pages or post after it, you would have seen the answer to your question

zexzy:

I listed the name for $1500, I received a $200 offer, I countered $1400, he offered $700, I asked for $1200. He then offered $850 and I accepted. He paid immediately.

First of all I am a woman not a he. And concerning the initial price I mentioned it in the negotiation post I made when someone asked me about. The name was listed for $1500.

Then you should have asked if it is a crypto domain.
Make we no use assumptions discourage others that may decide to register something similar.
Google the geo and keyword and see if it relates to crypto in any way.

There are plenty of end users that deal on coins. Old coins, antiques etc.

Yeah, never give up. I didn't sell $1 in domain during my first year. GoDaddy coupons were many then - all wasted. I thought it was a scam and I ran away. cheesy

I had to come back about a year later after seeing Chibenze, 2sexynet and co reporting sales. Na so I restarted learning - I think it was then I learned about GEO domains and registered my firsts.

Bro, just keep learning and pray for favour. That's what I'm still trying to do. I'm not where I want to be, but I have made some progress nonetheless.

For those having issues with online payment, you can try Barter dollar card by flutterwave.

The card costs just $2 and you can create unlimited dollar cards.

I've used the card on porkbun, Namecheap and GoDaddy.

It's a virtual card, so you get instantly.
You mean you can use it to buy and sell online?

Luno isn't bad because it's 439/$ as at Tuesday afternoon. Just hope for 415-440 depending on btc rate that period of transaction.

bro, btc value is highly unstable, it's what am dealing with on a daily basis.if you're not following btc trend and have this experience, you're basically lucky, a time will come that at the moment your btc is sent, it might dropped 10% or more of it value before having it in your wallet. The opposite is what just happened to you today.btc value has nothing to do with any platform. some people here are a victim of such experience that btc collapse the moment it was sent to them and they vowed never to have anything to do with btc again. mind you, if btc wants to lift or fall someone,it takes just few minutes. it might be stagnant for days sometimes but, when the time comes to show it character, it might rise or fall 40% of it value in just 10minutes or lesser. That's why it very important to understand the nature of whatever one is dealing with! Because its price movement is predictable if you're following the trend.there are times I will deliberately delayed been paid once I see it's price at peak and possibility of falling very high.
