The project consists of 3 towers facing the ocean on a beachfront plot. The front tower consists of 92 units in a mix of 2bedroom and 3 bedroom. All the towers are designed in a modern contemporary architecture with emphasis on views to the Indian ocean. All services are cratered for at the management building. An infinity pool has also been provided on the ground floor at the beach front.

You think building world class enviable city is by having one or two investors put up high rise in any corner they deem fit enough for their development..then your govt come running with their normal third world pathetic style road with poor attention to details in urbanisation and boom you are world class....at best you will end up like hillbrow of today and that would be your best after working tirelessly for decades..

Wow I am not aware...I always hated the very basic design of those towers and still remember how people criticize the design on all of EKO ATLANTIC social media handle...it's good to see they have changed it....now this looks better...
