How can someone who's already in his final year HND (part-time programme and they were supposed to write their last paper but the pandemic pause all events) apply for all these jobs which usually come with BSC/HND requirement?? I got a good job with the underground metro system Madrid on Monday 15 June,after losing my previous job at the Airport due to the pandemic 2months ago.

I've gone for two interviews recently..
First one was a scam, they asked us to pay 5k for registration and 5k for training book..
I passed all the process and I'm told I have been employed only if I pay those fees...
How did I know it is scam? They don't have one particular thing they're doing, they wanna train us to be motivational speakers, business associate and interviewers.. what I see about it is that they call people for interviews every week and collect 10k each from the vulnerable interviewees.. Good but wicked strategy to make money.

My second interview was legit, it's a renowned real estate agency and I'm told they'll get back to me soon if I'm one of the lucky ones.

I need a job badly, any recommendation will be highly appreciated.

He can still add his education and antocipated graduation date in his resume.. something like HND Marketing (anticipated 2020). In the about/summary section of his resume, he can state it that he was on his final exams becore COVID-19 happened.

If he gets lucky, he'd be considered by most recruiters.
